The book is called "PROUD, STRONG & EFFICIENT" - be inspired by Hawaii and become more of who you truly are!". My opinion is that "personal growth" is not really about changing us, rather it"s about finding the way back to our inner selves, also referred to as "Alignment of Spirit". While living in Hawaii, it became very obvious to me how important it is to be proud in a humble way (not to be confused with pride). It was very interesting to experience how naturally this is for the Hawaiian people. By being proud of who I am and using my natural talents, experiences, etc, I get much stronger as a person. I become proud primarily by working daily with myself on the inside as well as the outside. The "every day drama", that tends to steal a lot of time and energy becomes less interesting. I see myself, and others, on a deeper level and individual performance is not as important as the bigger picture - and here comes the efficiency! We spend a lot of time, thoughts and feelings to ponder over what we do not have, do not have enough of, and are constantly looking for excuses to avoid taking responsibility and taking positive actions. Sometimes a state of presence and sense of real life can be scary and abnormal. In that state, we also experience reality, people and ourselves the way it / they, we, really are. Not so easy at all times - but my experience is that it is well worth it. I am passionate about "personal growth" because I know what difference it made and makes in my own life. The fact that happiness and serenity live within us is so obvious, and yet it seems to be the human nature to seek it outside of one"s self. I have realized that my well-being is based on my inner spiritual muscles - similarly to my body which needs to be taken cared of with regular exercise and nourishing foods in order to stay strong. Therefore, it feels important to my personal growth to make the process a non-dramatic and simple part of my everyday life. Working with yourself is not so extraordinary, difficult or abstract - but it provides tremendous positive life changes. In this book, I want to make it easy for you to create great changes in your life, and instead of changing yourself, it's about becoming more of who you truly are! Often we push ourselves down, hide our talents and skills, and forget what we love and do not see whom and what is available around us. Throughout this book you will discover tips and ideas and inspiration to achieve your personal growth and become proud, strong and efficient! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey!
