Thanks to the chapters of the different authors, this book is a relevant and substantive contribution in the framework of a cross-cultural approach to promote a positive preventive psychology for healthy organizations. The volume also stressed the value and the challenge of a primary prevention in a cross-cultural perspective for building healthy work environments.
