North Pole Marketing is my third book on the subjects of marketing, fulfillment and customer service. My first book, Circulation for Fun and Profit, was published by FOLIO: The Magazine. Copies were sold in South Africa, Germany, India and all around the world. It was even translated into Swedish.
My second book, Circulation Management's Guide to Basic Circulation, was written at the request of the publisher and American Business Media and sold with their endorsement.
