The book Time for time is about how I, as a modern person in the new economy, discover that I´m playing various roles in the theater of life. In the first act (60 kb), I realize that someone else has written the script of my life, that others are producers, and that someone prompts me in many different situations. The more parts I control, the more energy it takes to play in the theater. The play as the clever businessman, or businesswoman, as the clever nurse or teacher, seller, consultant or sports coach. Someone is producing this play and someone chooses the costumes, but who is the actor in this risky game?
The second act (100 kb), is about the awakening. I understand who has written the script, why I play the parts I do, and why it´s hard for me to catch up. I also realize what I have to do to start living a richer life. But how will I be able to leave the habits of the stage and the role-playing?
The third act (62 kb) is introduced with: To live or just survive? That´s the question. I set myself free from the old script and start living my own life. It´s really fantastic to be able to do this in the same relationships, in the same work – but with a whole new substance and grounding. I discover the power in the present. I discover that life is the moments of being totally present in what is happening - in meeting with clients, time with my children, and time by myself.
In the ending chapter (69 kb), a life without theater acts and masks is described. This is a richer life where happiness and vulnerability go hand in hand; where my own energy is within reach for me and for those closest to me. It´s a life where I live in balance with my projects, business, and my private life; a life where I am available for myself; a life where I suddenly have time for time.
