It can be used to cook French fries and chicken nuggets at temperatures of up to 450F (230.4C). The food is cooked using the hot air convection technique inside the appliance. Hot air fills the space between food and container, bringing it to the desired crispy state without being over-cooked. The air fryer can be used on its own or in conjunction with other appliances such as a microwave or oven if you need to further heat or finish off your product
