Fortunately, she finds one special family member will teach how to build up her emotional strength to make a new life for herself and enable her to win through her personal crisis. As Jean quarantines with her family each day she learns more about how to build her emotional strength and her life plan. By the time quarantine is over Jean has many of the challenges of the pandemic ahead but she now has a new set of tools to manage through the crisis and to take control of her life. By readings Jean's story we hope you will also learn how to build your emotional strength to live your best life and do great things!
