Daniel forecasted that "at the time of the end", a leader "from the west" will arise with a disposition of a "he goat" (Dan. 8:5). This man, with the tenacity of a Billy goat, will "do according to his will" (Dan. 8:4). The King James Bible describes this western leader's personality as being "choler", which is an ole English word that means one who becomes irritated by small slights (Dan. 8:7). Daniel indicates that this prophecy will revive "at the time of the end when transgressors are come to the full" that will result in the rise and fall of the "little horn", the greatest transgressor of all time, the Antichrist, "the destroyer of the Gentiles", the little horn (Dan. 8:9, 23-27; Jer. 4:7).
