P. Mark Taylor spent seventeen years of teaching mathematics at the junior high, high school, community college, and university levels. He spent another 12 years studying mathematics education, including seven years as a professor of teacher education at the University of Tennessee. His most important experiences, however, have been in personal life. Taylor and his wife, Karen started out with two birth-children and heeded God's call to adopt more. Two adoptions and total of six children provided rich fodder for telling the stories in this book. With three boys and three girls and tenure at the university, life seemed complete - that is until the Lord called again. This time God's call was to start a home for children in need, but not just any children, eagles - young people that would become Christian leaders.
