Worked with the United Kingdom to persuade Libya to verifiably dismantle its chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, and Missile Technology Control Regime-class missile programs. Removed 1.8 metric tons of uranium hexafluoride and more than 500 metric tons of centrifuge components and related materials.
