When people are perceived by other people to be highly influential and highly persuasive, they become all the more poised to ascend to the higher tiers of the social hierarchy since they can easily influence the internal thoughts, internal beliefs, internal feelings, moods, and attitudes of other people. The people who are at the higher tiers of the social hierarchy are typically perceived by other people to be highly influential and highly persuasive individuals.
