These hypnotherapy recordings will safely help you to reduce down your alcohol intake allowing you to let go of binge drinking. Stored in your mind are your old drinking habits and patterns, qualified registered hypnotherapist Ailsa Frank will talk you through a series of exercises to help you let go of binge drinking. New habits and patterns will form building confidence and self esteem helping you to restore balance to your drinking and to your sleep patterns. You will reduce down excess alcohol at a safe pace for you, you may have the occasional drink or you may decide to stop drinking all together.
Ailsa has helped many hundreds of clients restore balance to their drinking habits. It is recommended you listen to these recordings daily over several weeks or until you have made the reduction you wish to make. You can fall asleep during this recording as you don't have to hear all the messages. The tracks are spoken in way to deliver the hypnosis deep into your subconscious mind by passing your conscious mind.
Relax as you alternate the tracks on different days or listen to them one after the other. The tracks are deliberately short to allow you to fit them in to your schedule.
