About the Author:
Nick Zingarelli is the owner and operator of Zingarelli Law Office LLC. He received his JD from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and his BA in Philosophy at the University of Cincinnati. For the past ten years he has focused his legal career on helping deliver people to fiscal health with a fresh financial start through Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy as well as debt workouts outside of the bankruptcy environment. Mr. Zingarelli has received the prestigious Rising Star Attorney designation from Super Lawyers in 2010, 2014, and 2015. He has given presentations by invitation on numerous different bankruptcy topics at local, regional, and national seminars.
