That portion of Scripture in which we find the passage is full of promise, andgood cheer. And comfort. It predicts the restora tion and ingathering Of a scattered people; it declares that the Lord will make them plen teous in every work reminds them that He is their life tells them to be strong, and Of good courage, and fear not g for the Lord. He it is that doth go before thee; He willvnot fail thee nor forsake thee and then commands. Saying: Gather the people together. Men. And women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates. That they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the Lord Your God, and Observe to do all the words of this law; and that #2623 children, which have not known anything, may hear and learn to fear the Lord your God.
